Intelligent natural selection or imaginary evolution

The problem with opponents of evolution seems to be that they have a framework of thought for themselves, and they interpret it accordingly. While they should realize that God may have spoken in such a way because of the circumstances of the time, that another meaning could be taken from it. For example, in the Holy Qur’an, it is never said that the earth is moving, because it was not acceptable to the people of that time. But in Surah An-Naml, verse 88, he says subtly: “And when you see the mountains, you think they are fixed, while they pass away like clouds.”

هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ حِينٌ مِنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْئًا مَذْكُورًا  Surah Al-Insan 1

5- The Holy Qur’an says in another place: Did not a long time pass over man, which was not a significant thing.

Dahr: Time, Ibn Athir and the Aghrabol mavarid  have said long time, Ragheb says: It basically means the duration of the universe, then they have said long time for any long period, unlike time which is included in few and many.

Those who are familiar with the Holy Qur’an are aware that God did not use the word in the Qur’an for a long time. He even said to the Prophet: Tell the people that the Day of Judgment is very close. The Day of Resurrection is 1400 years old and has not happened yet. God mentions a long time for human life here. Doesn’t this mean that it is 4 billion years from the beginning of life on earth to the creation of modern man? So some commentators relate this to the stages of life in the uteri, which is not more than 9 months. It is not correct from the above.

To explain this verse, you will refer to one of the interpretations of this verse:

The origin of man on earth had an evolutionary process, and after a long time, he gradually found a human face. لم یکن شیئًا مذکورًا The above interpretation is based on the fact that the meaning of the sentence “do not do something mentioned” is as follows: Man was something at some point in time; But that thing still could not be called a human being; Rather, it gradually evolved and found a human face.

 Hamran says: I asked Imam Baqir (AS) about the words of God Almighty هل أتى على الإنسان حین من الدهر لم یکن شیئاً مذکوراً»:He said there is man  “But he still did not deserve the human name.”
