Master Meshkini writes with the above verse:

Sayyid Qutb also mentions the above verse as the reason for the emergence of life from water and points out that this is what the new science has stated that the origin of living animals is from water and life is found from sea water and then all kinds of goods from It was found. Some writers have said about the origin of life on earth:  “After 1,500 million years of the Earth’s life, the planet gradually cooled, and then intense interactions of internal heat and external cold occurred inside it, and severe tremors and earthquakes occurred. And then vapors rose from the earth and clouds formed and rains came and covered the surface of the earth and seas were formed
