Kyrgyz War

Reasons and contexts of the Kyrgyz battle

According to legend, the Kyrgyz battle was over a treasure found in the Euphrates region. It is possible that these narrations refer to treasure as something other than treasure in its literal meaning, and these narrations need to be interpreted. Ibn Hammad quotes the Prophet (PBUH) from this treasure as follows:

“The Euphrates unveils a mountain of gold and silver, then a war is fought over it. So that seven out of nine people are killed, so if you understand it, do not approach it. “[8]

Ibn Kathir also quotes the Prophet (PBUH) in Al-Fitn wa Al-Malahim as saying that a treasure was found:

“Soon the Euphrates will reveal a treasure of gold, so whoever finds it, should not take anything from it.” [9]

Ibn Hussam Joonpuri also mentions the story of the Golden Mountain in the Euphrates in his book Al-Burhan:

“The resurrection will not take place unless the Euphrates reveals a mountain of gold, the people will fight over that treasure, and not a tenth of them will be killed.” [10]

The author of the book Asr Zohour discusses the Sufyan movement as follows:

“Sufyani’s main goal in the Iraq war will be to dominate that country and create resistance against the Iranian forces and the founders of the advent of the Prophet, who are advancing from Iraq to Syria and Jerusalem. But on the way to Iraq, a strange incident occurs during the Kyrgyz war, in which a treasure is found in the Euphrates or near the Euphrates. So that some people try to achieve it and the fire of war breaks out between them and more than 100,000 of them are killed and none of them achieves a definite victory and does not get that treasure. Rather, they all give up on it and move on to other issues. ”[11]

Troops involved in the battle of Kyrgyzstan

According to the narrations, there are six groups involved in the battle of Kyrgyzstan:

Turks: They have deployed forces in Mesopotamia.

Romans: They have deployed forces in the land of Palestine.

Sufiani: He controls all the lands of Syria and Jordan.

Abdullah: He is the Roman ally in the region.

Qais: He was the commander of the land of Egypt at that time.

Children of Abbas: They come from Iraq. [12]

According to some narrations that have been included in this regard:

“Westerners (Romans) are moving towards Egypt and their arrival in that land is a sign of Sufyan coming. Before that, the inviter rises and the Turks enter Palestine and the Romans enter Palestine. Abdullah also overtook them so that the two divisions could stand against each
